Team Leader Tax Preparer ( Experience) Seasonal

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Tax Preparer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles, with the ability to analyze financial data effectively. This role is crucial in assisting clients with their tax preparation needs, ensuring compliance with tax regulations while maximizing their financial benefits. Duties • Team Lead: Must be able to manage a team of employees. Team building skills and management. Must have tax knowledge to help support the team. Responsibilities: - Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals -Looking for Tax preparer on the go with our support - No software needed - Motivated self-starter- no computer required. - Provide exceptional customer service by answering client questions and addressing concerns - Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation for tax preparation - Maintain client confidentiality and ensure data security -Must... obtain your own clients Requirements: - PTIN required( we will help you obtain the PTIN if you do not have one) - Previous experience in tax preparation ( 1 year minimum) - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong customer service skills - -This is not a Turbo Tax position. Must be motivated and have strong selling skills. Clients are not Provided. We Offer an App and Back Office that will prepare the tax return and support the clients every step of the process .
