TECH Program Associate - Data Platforms

About the position Responsibilities • Complete three projects across different domains during the rotational program. • Design, implement, and deliver fundamental data products for software and applications. • Write code that meets production requirements and design specifications for deployments across the enterprise. • Participate in peer code reviews and project meetings. • Collaborate with various teams to solve complex problems through rotational projects. • Monitor systems and applications for operational excellence and efficiency. • Troubleshoot issues, defects, and outages in a production environment. • Perform data analyses to support rotational teams in their daily responsibilities. • Mentor fellow trainees with experience learned from prior rotations. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Engineering required, or a combination of required work experience and education. • Basic knowledge and ability to code in SQL, Python, R. • Basic knowledge of statistical modeling and practices. • Basic knowledge of AI and ML concepts. • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques. Nice-to-haves • Experience with machine learning and data visualization tools. • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle. • Project management skills and process mindset.
