As a Technical Content Designer on the Customer Service Content Strategy team, you will be the architect of the knowledge that powers our Help Center and internal support portals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end editorial projects: Define content strategy, set measurable goals, develop timelines, and deliver comprehensive status reports to stakeholders.
- Create and edit support content: Author and refine Help Center articles, internal knowledge‑base entries, support‑email templates, and other self‑service resources.
- Maintain consistency: Ensure tone, style, and formatting align with careerzynith’s brand voice and meet the expectations of a diverse, global audience.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally: Partner with support operations, localization, legal, product design, engineering, and research teams to gather insights and validate content accuracy.
- Develop style guides and training: Create and update editorial guidelines, conduct training sessions for writers and agents, and champion best practices across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

- Deep familiarity with troubleshooting, device integration, and streaming technology concepts.
- Experience creating content for multiple platforms, including web, mobile apps, and smart TV interfaces.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $50,000 – $190,000, with flexibility to allocate a portion of your total compensation toward stock options or additional salary, based on your personal financial goals.
