Essential Qualifications:
- Strong focus on building customer relationships, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Technical support experience preferred, with a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
