Role Overview

• Position: Creative Writer, Technical Writer, Evaluation Tutor – Contract, Remote
• Commitment: 20–40 hours per week, flexible and ongoing
• Contribute to research projects with a leading AI lab. Support data campaigns in Creative Writing, Companionship, and Presentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate responses for effectiveness, naturalness, and compelling nature in AI-generated content.
• Contribute to ongoing data campaigns such as Creative Writing, Companionship, and Presentation.
• Assess creativity, originality, and narrative flow in creative writing.
• Recognize responses demonstrating emotional intelligence, empathy, and helpfulness in companionship.
• Evaluate clarity, structure, and polish in presentation responses.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Requirements / QualificationsMust-Have Qualifications

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong background in creative writing, product writing, or technical writing
• Attention to detail and ability to apply consistent judgment
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness
• Ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fiction, poetry, screenwriting, or narrative development
• Ability to produce original content such as speeches, dialogues, or literary critiques
• Understanding of emotional intelligence and authentic interactions
• Familiarity with persuasive, professional, or educational communication styles
