Technology Internship Program

Supports technology projects under mentorship at M&T Bank, starting June 2026. Your Role: Key responsibilities include: • Supporting project-based activities in software development, technical engineering, cybersecurity, or data engineering. • Completing basic programming, testing, or drafting technical plans and scripts. • Adhering to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards. • Maintaining M&T internal control standards. • Completing other related duties as assigned. About You: Candidates should have: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, or related STEM field. • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. • Knowledge of Java, SQL, Python, C#, or similar programming languages. • Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills. • Exposure to Agile methodology. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. • Work Visa Sponsorship not offered for this role. Compensation & Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00 per hour. Compensation is based on knowledge, skills, and experience. Training & Development: The role includes mentorship and project-based learning opportunities. Career Progression: The position is for an established time period, providing foundational experience in technology-related fields.
