• *What Your Day Might Include**
● Reviewing a client’s telecommunication environment and identifying optimization or savings opportunities.
● Leading client conversations and translating complex analysis into clear options.
● Designing projects that align scope, resources, and outcomes.
● Guiding project teams, tracking progress, and keeping stakeholders informed.
● Collaborating with fellow consultants and relationship managers to deliver maximum value.
• *Core Responsibilities**
● Deliver measurable client value on every engagement.
● Integrate quickly into client teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
● Design and lead projects using BAZ methodologies and tools.
● Apply strong technical analysis across voice, data, mobile, and cloud services.
● Train and develop project team members.
● Maintain clear documentation, metrics, and reporting.
• *Areas of Specialization**
Telecommunication Consultants are expected to be highly competent in at least one area and are interested in further developing other specialties:
● Landline Savings and Optimization
● Wireless Savings and Optimization
● Technology Rollout Project Leadership
● Strategy and Technology Assessments (UCaaS, SD WAN, SIP infrastructure)
• *What You Bring**
● Five or more years of telecommunications consulting experience.
● Deep expertise in voice, data networks, UCaaS, cloud, and/or mobility
● Strong client facing and communication skills.
● Experience leading projects or teams.
● Comfort working in a remote, highly collaborative environment.
