Title: Associate Project Manager – Telecom
Location: Remote (SoCal area) – occasional office visits required
Description:
We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to support telecom deployment projects in the SoCal area. This role involves managing project tasks, coordinating teams and vendors, tracking schedules and finances, and ensuring projects are completed on time. Occasional travel to the local office is required.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of project management experience in telecom or related industry
• Knowledge of pole inspections, JPA/G095 rules, and basic construction services (towers, fiber, antennas)
• Experience with Smartsheet highly desired
• CAPM or PMP preferred
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
Responsibilities:
• Support multiple telecom deployment projects from planning to closeout
• Track schedules, materials, finances, and project documentation
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Participate in meetings and handle inspection/repair issues as they arise
