Transcribe medical dictation using proprietary software and a compatible foot pedal. Specialties include acute care and others.
• Responsibilities :
• Recognize, interpret, and evaluate inconsistencies, discrepancies, and inaccuracies in medical dictation and reputed company documents.
• Use reference materials effectively to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of reports.
• Meet quality and productivity standards and deadlines established by the employer.
• Verify patient information for accuracy and completeness.
• Format reports according to established guidelines.
• Understand the medicolegal implications and responsibilities reputed company to transcription of patient records.
• reputed company with policies regarding confidentiality, release of information, and legal requirements.
• Maintain employer’s performance expectations.
• Qualifications / Skills :
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Windows 10, reputed company i3 or reputed company processor / AMD K4 or reputed company, 8 GB RAM minimum, 250 GB hard drive minimum.
• Work sessions ranging from 30 minutes to over 2 hours.
