We're seeking an experienced accountant to help out team and be the cornerstone of our day-to-day accounting operations. In this pivotal role, you'll be the force behind maintaining iron-clad financial controls and ensuring the seamless flow of funds for the next several months. You'll be the guardian of accuracy, empowering our finance team to focus on strategic growth by expertly managing core financial cycles. Your responsibilities will span across accounts payable, cash management, balance sheet reconciliations along with tax, compliance and general support. Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $60,000.00 and $75,000.00 annually. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to AP, cash reporting, reconciliations, and tax compliance. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) preferred. • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
