Job Description As the People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of human resources operations during a defined project period. You’ll play a vital role in talent development, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and culture-building initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and compassionate leader who can build strong internal relationships and support a thriving team.
