We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary part-time basis (20 hours/week) for a 9-month assignment. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional internal and external customer service, administrative support, and play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, and myeloma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for various internal operational functions, including data entry, campaign administration, and operations support
- Deliver exceptional customer service to fundraisers, donors, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Maintain accurate records, update campaign reporting, and communicate with campaign staff as needed
- Perform internal operations support, including matching gifts, refunds, adjustments, and reimbursements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow detailed workflows to maintain access to banking systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of related call center and customer service experience
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple software programs simultaneously
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) preferred but not required
- Must pass an FCRA accredited background check
