Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and any significant events throughout the day. Handle emergency situations calmly and responsibly, seeking immediate assistance when necessary. Encourage positive behavior and enforce discipline with kindness and understanding. Maintain a clean and organized environment, tidying up after activities and ensuring a safe play area. Be punctual and reliable, arriving on time for scheduled shifts and demonstrating professionalism at all times. Required Skills: Previous experience in childcare or babysitting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and other team members. Patience and understanding to deal with varying personalities and behaviors of children. Responsible and trustworthy nature, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Flexibility to adapt to different family dynamics and household rules. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus, but we offer training for qualified candidates.
