We're launching from zero but have big ambitions, and we need someone who's excited to build something from the ground up with us. To build our organic game we’re focusing on Eva’s account (one of the founders) and started it from ZERO followers. We need someone to own the entire process - from strategy to viral content creation. This is about building Eva's personal brand around anti-diet culture and the 80/20 eating approach. Compensation & Bonuses Base: $400/month Growth Bonuses: 500 followers = $100 1,000 followers = $200 10,000 followers = $1,000 Future Profit Share can be discussed: e.g. 5% of profit from TikTok traffic once we launch Real Talk: As an early-stage startup, there's one thing we're lacking - money. We're 100% committed to fairly compensating you for your work, but we need to be upfront that more significant monthly base payments might take a few months to establish.
