Trademark Docketing Specialist

Support our growing trademark practice, serving as an integral part of our team. This person will be responsible for performing docketing on the CPI database, generating docket status reports, and reviewing incoming mail from the USPTO and other sources. Maintain and update the docket. Docket new application filings. Review, analyze and process incoming correspondence from the USPTO, TTAB, business clients and foreign counsel and input data in American Express’ docketing database. Assist with intake of new matters. Generate customized docketing reports. Clear the docket, including sending reminders as needed. American Express is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
