The Quant Trading team is responsible for trading and managing risks associated with different crypto products, including spots and derivatives. The team develops and implements trading strategies in fast-paced and complex trading environments. The team develops and implements trading strategies in fast-paced and complex trading environments. Job Responsibilities Monitor real-time risk/P&L/funding/system health status. Covers trading hedging/reporting/parameter update operations. Conduct post trade analysis of trading strategies and algo performance. Optimize working flow and improve operation efficiency Work with quant trader/developers/risk manager to improve our pricing/execution/booking logic. Job Requirements Master’s degree in quantitative discipline from top global universities. Minimum 1 year of experience with trading. Have exposure to Python and an interest to expand your technical skills. Have strong analytical skills and pay high attention to details.
