Driving Change in Gambling Harms Understanding
The Role
GamCare seeks a Training Lead to join its Women's Programme, a national initiative aimed at raising awareness of how gambling harm affects women and ensuring they are recognised and supported.
This is a home-based role with some travel for face-to-face sessions. As Training Lead, you will deliver high-quality, engaging training to professionals, helping them build knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to support those they work with.
You will work closely with regional Engagement Leads, developing tailored content and maintaining strong relationships with partners. Your work will contribute directly to a more informed, responsive support system for those at risk of gambling harm.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for someone with proven experience in designing and delivering adult training that drives behaviour change, ideally within the charity, health, or social care sectors.
