Do you enjoy helping people, organizing experiences, and providing exceptional service? We are expanding our remote team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Travel Program Advisors.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to help them explore travel opportunities, evaluate vacation options, and coordinate personalized travel experiences. You'll assist travelers throughout the planning process, ensuring they have the information, resources, and support needed to create memorable journeys.
From all-inclusive resorts and cruises to family vacations, group travel, and international adventures, you'll help clients find travel experiences that align with their interests, schedules, and budgets.
No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and professional development resources to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
Connect with clients to understand their travel goals, interests, and preferences
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
Present tailored travel recommendations based on client needs and budget considerations
Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, activities, and excursions
Provide guidance and support throughout the planning and reservation process
Communicate professionally through phone, email, and virtual communication platforms
Collaborate with supplier partners to confirm reservations and travel details
Maintain accurate records of client information, itineraries, and booking updates
Stay informed about destination developments, travel trends, and promotional opportunities
Deliver a high level of customer service from initial inquiry through trip confirmation
Qualifications
Interest in customer service, hospitality, travel, sales, or client-focused roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a remote environment
Comfortable using computers, web-based systems, and digital communication tools
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
