Treasury & Accounting Operations Analyst

TriBeam Financial is seeking a highly motivated Treasury & Accounting Operations Analyst to support daily treasury operations, cash management workflows, financial reporting, and core accounting functions. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented individual eager to grow within a fast-paced fintech lending environment. Treasury Operations · Manage daily cash positioning, including settlement activity review. · Prepare and process ACH payments, wires, and transfers. · Maintain liquidity schedules and assist with cash flow forecasting. · Reconcile daily settlement files with banking and internal systems. · Support treasury controls, reserve accounts, and installer payment workflows. Accounting Operations · Perform bank and account reconciliations. · Prepare journal entries including settlements, disbursements, and transfers. · Support month-end close and GL accuracy. · Assist AP/AR workflows and financial documentation. Cross-Functional Responsibilities · Work effectively across multiple platforms including QuickBooks Online. · Communicate cash movement issues or discrepancies. · Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives. · Follow remote workflows with strong organization and performance management.o excellence!
