Treasury Director, Separation Lead

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Treasury Director, Separation Lead to join 3M’s Treasury team. This individual will be a key member of the Treasury team as we prepare for the separation of 3M into two independent companies. The ideal candidate for this role must have extensive experience working in a corporate treasury environment, preferably in a multi-national organization. They must have strong financial analysis and forecasting skills, and the ability to think strategically and proactively. The successful candidate should also be able to interact effectively with teams across the organization and work collaboratively with 3M’s external partners.
