Job Role : TrimbleTMW .Net Brokerage (SME) Location : Carlisle - PA (Remote) Mode of interview : Skype, Video/Telephonic Job Roles/Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trimble TMW .Net Brokerage Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide in-depth knowledge, technical expertise, and strategic insight into the implementation, customization, and optimization of the TMW Suite specifically focusing on the .Net Brokerage platform. The SME will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business process improvements, technology upgrades, user training, and overall system efficiency. Serve as the go-to expert on Trimble TMW .Net Brokerage, providing guidance to internal teams and stakeholders. Lead the implementation, integration, and support of TMW .Net Brokerage across brokerage operations. Analyze current workflows and business requirements to recommend enhancements or configurations within the TMW platform. Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Logistics teams to design and implement system solutions. Provide hands-on support for user issues, troubleshooting, and resolving system errors or performance issues. Develop and deliver documentation, training materials, and user guides. Assist in data mapping, EDI/API integrations, reporting, and dashboard development within the TMW environment. Stay current with Trimble/TMW updates, patches, and new feature releases; manage system upgrades and change control processes. Support testing efforts (unit, integration, UAT) during system changes or deployments. Ensure that TMW usage aligns with industry best practices and company compliance standards.
