Share a truck with the trainee throughout the training period. Offer refresher training for experienced drivers and remedial training for those on development plans. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience in driver training is preferred but not required-your passion for safety and teaching is what matters most. Willingness to share truck space with students during training periods.
