What You'll Do
Recruit CDL drivers for open trucking positions
Generate your own leads using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods
Screen and qualify applicants
Match drivers with available opportunities
Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process
Build and manage your own recruiting pipeline
What We're Looking For
Self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently
Strong communication and people skills
Organized and dependable
Comfortable using computers, social media, and online job boards
Sales, recruiting, customer service, or trucking experience is helpful, but not required
