USC/GC or any EADH1B Transfers HYBRID SunnyvaleUX Designer (50%):Develop UX deliverables: task flows, IA diagrams, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.Provide creative direction within your functional domain.Lead design reviews and articulate design decisions.Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.Research and apply interaction design trends.Solve complex user problems considering user needs, business goals, and tech constraints.UI Developer (50%):Implement detailed and responsive UIs using React.js.Excel in React.js, including state management and component lifecycles.Translate Figma wireframes into interactive React components.Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, ES6, Flex/Grid layout.Work closely with UX designers to bring wireframes to life.Create reusable UI components for consistency.Prioritize speed, scalability, and code quality.Qualifications:5 years of UX design and UI development experience.Proficient in Figma or similar design tools.Strong grasp of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.Expertise in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on UX/UI excellence.
