UI/UX Designer - Web Team

Our client is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join their web team. In this role, you’ll design exceptional digital experiences for new pages and websites, ensuring that each solution is both highly functional and consistent with the brand identity. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, creating user-centered designs that elevate the overall digital experience. This is a fully remote opportunity! Job Function • Design intuitive, engaging, and on-brand user interfaces for web pages and sites. • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma. • Collaborate with product owners, producers, and creative teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions. • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital properties. • Conduct user research and usability testing to guide and validate design decisions. • Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and industry best practices. • Stay current with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate the digital experience. Job Requirements • 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for web platforms. • Expert proficiency with Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design assets. • Strong portfolio demonstrating a digital-first, responsive design approach. • Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. • Experience designing for sites built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms. • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA). • Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS). • Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies. • Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries (preferred).
