About the Role: You will report to a Client Relationship Manager (CRM), your role will be at the core of our services delivered to our clients. Day to day you will form a client team with a CRM to ensure top quality service is delivered across all bookkeeping, accounting and VAT services to delight our clients and help with their business decisions. Purpose: The core accounting role of the Client's team, this role delivers all Management Information, Bookkeeping and VAT returns within client deadlines. Roles and Expectations: Management Accounts experience, PL comparison, Balance Sheet reconciliations (few years prior experience) UK VAT experience for quarterly returns Statutory accounts and corporation tax preparation experience Bookkeeping experience using Xero and Dext Suitability/Traits: Precise – The enjoyment of work that requires being exact and the tendency to be detail oriented Analytical – The tendency to logically examine facts and situations (not necessarily analytical ability) Numerical – The enjoyment of counting, calculating, or analysing quantities using mathematics Organised – The tendency to place and maintain order in an environment or situation Analyses Pitfalls – The tendency to scrutinise potential difficulties related to a plan or strategy Finance/business – The interest in commerce or fiscal management Takes Initiative – The tendency to perceive what is necessary to be accomplished and to proceed on one’s own Clerical – The enjoyment of tasks such as typing or filing or organising information Pressure Tolerance – The level of comfort related to working under deadlines and busy schedules Work Set-up: Work from home setup Work Schedule: Mid shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM PH time) This position is exclusively open to Philippine citizens currently living in the Philippines. While remote work offers flexibility, please note that this role requires adherence to local regulations, making it suitable only for those based in the Philippines.
