UKG Lead analyst - SSTech LLC

UKG Lead analyst Client:Kroger Remote The UKG WFM Pro Lead Analyst will play a key role in delivering critical MyTime Projects in FY2025. This role will focus on leading integrations between UKG WFM Pro (UKG Pro) and internal/external systems, supporting the design and implementation of new solutions, and ensuring seamless data flows that power enterprise initiatives, including AI/ML programs and Sage. The Lead Analyst will act as both a technical consultant and solution designer, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. Required Qualifications Proven expertise in UKG WFM Pro (UKG Pro) with hands-on functional and technical experience Strong knowledge of API development, integration design, and troubleshooting Experience working with Azure/Databricks or similar middleware/integration platforms Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient solutions Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders (product, project management, vendors, etc.) Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex environments Exposure to AI/ML initiatives, particularly integration WFM/HR data into advanced analytics pipelines. Expertise preferred Preferred Qualifications UKG certifications in Workforce Management (WFM Pro) Experience delivering Sage implementations or similar ERP/time solutions Key Responsibilities Lead integration efforts to connect UKG WFM Pro with internal and external systems, ensuring scalable and secure API solutions Partner with UKG, IBM, and stakeholders to design, review, and approve system integrations, including Sage implementation Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while driving continuous improvements in efficiency and reliability Provide expert guidance on UKG/s API capabilities and best practices, performing fit-gap analysis to recommend solutions Collaborate with Product, Project Management, and vendor teams to deliver UKG-specific milestones for MyTime projects Support AI/ML initiatives by enabling workforce data integrations for advanced analytics Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
