Job Description
UPS is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Job Application Reviewers. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating job applications with a keen eye for detail, helping us ensure that we continue to hire top talent.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and evaluating job applications and resumes
- Ensuring that applicants meet the required qualifications for the position
- Communicating with candidates via email or phone for additional information
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of applicant information
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Educational Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
