The successful Finance Assistant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day finance operations and contributing to the success of their wider finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with strong Excel skills and excellent communication and organisational abilities to join a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Reconcile UK online and store sales, ensuring accurate postings in Sage 200. • Assist in preparing and posting UK online cash reconciliations across payment platforms. • Support month-end accounting processes, resolving variances and... discrepancies. • Provide ad hoc support to the Senior Finance Assistant, including payment runs and credit card reconciliations. • Responding to telephone and email queries. Skills & Experience: • Minimum 1 year experience within an accountancy or finance role • Experience with Sage 200 or Dynamics 365 is preferred. • Finance-related degree (Accounting, Economics, Maths) or equivalent • Strong Excel skills (this will be tested at interview stage) • Ability to work independently and efficiently. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
