As a UK-wide heat pump installation startup and a trusted partner for heat pump retailers and manufacturers, our goal is to become the number 1 heat pump installer in the UK. With big ambitions, a commitment to a sustainable future, and a focus on creating an inspiring workplace, Installio is at the forefront tackling the UK's labor shortage in the climate-trades! Tasks You will support our experienced founding team to hire and onboard heat pump installers throughout the UK. This will involve: • Advertising new positions via online platfroms • Screening candidates • Scheduling interviews • Preparing employment contracts • Onboarding new hires (Policy and documentations etc) This is a part-time role for 2 days per week. Requirements As a young and dynamic startup, we are... looking for somone with a can do attitude that is willing to dive into new tasks and get the job done. As such, there is a significant opprtunity to quickly move up into more senior roles within the organisation.
