About The Internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Design and update job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Internshala, Indeed, etc.) Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Screen received resumes and applications of the candidates Advertise job openings on social media and other hiring platforms Maintain the ATS or recruitment tracker on a daily basis Send job confirmation emails and handle the compensation and benefits. related queries to the selected candidates Assist HR and other teams in other operations-related activities Schedule regular interviews of the candidates (via phone and video calls) Skills And Other Requirements Bachelor/Master in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline Familiar with the recruitment life cycle Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks Should have a learning attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Additional Information Shift timings- 10 am to 7 pm Earn certifications in these skills Learn Human Resource Management Specialize in Human Resource Management Who can apply Only Those Candidates Can Apply Who are available for full time (in-office) internship can start the internship between 21st Dec'22 and 25th Jan'23 are available for duration of 6 months have relevant skills and interests Apply!  We Want to Hear From You!
