We are currently seeking a Permanent Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in the Accounting and Finance industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of high net worth individuals and corporations, providing innovative tax solutions and strategic advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax review, income tax, and S Corp. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance, planning, and strategy for our clients. The role demands a well-organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a remote environment. Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate tax audits, planning, and strategy for our clients. • Review and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure tax compliance. • Provide tax advice on business decisions, taking into account the tax implications of various strategies. • Assist in the preparation and review of income tax returns for high net worth individuals and corporations. • Keep up-to-date with changes in tax law and regulations, and communicate these changes to clients and team members. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA designation is preferred. • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a tax manager role, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry. • Proven experience with tax review, income tax, S Corp, gift tax, and corporation tax. • Experience working with high net worth individuals and corporations. • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
