COMPANY BENEFITS • 401(k) plan • Paid time off (PTO) • Company-paid holidays • Healthcare Plan Allowance • Paid continuing education seminars • Family-friendly work environment Responsibilities • Communicate with clients to gather needed tax documents and save them to the server for file management • Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software daily • Possesses a knowledge/understanding of the client, especially as related to tax matters • Returns client calls/emails • Must be well-versed in General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Analyze each client's financial records, including their income statements and previous tax returns to calculate the amount of taxable income each client possesses Qualifications • Must be able to come into the Charleston, SC office every day • Must have expert Excel skills and QuickBooks experience • Must have at least 2 years of work experience at an accounting firm or as an accountant, preparer, or bookkeeper • Must exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, professionalism, accuracy, and time management skills Compensation $60,000 - $70,000 About Richard B.
