U.S.-Based Order Fulfillment Assistant for Mailing Sample Packs

Description: We are an online print shop that ships small sample packs to customers across the U.S. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person based in the United States to handle mailing out these sample packs as orders come in. We ship maybe 1 to 3 per week on average. Responsibilities: Receive bulk shipments of pre-assembled sample packs & shipping supplies from us Print prepaid shipping labels we provide (or use our online portal to generate them) Package and mail sample packs to customers within 1–2 business days of receiving order info Confirm each shipment in our tracking spreadsheet or system Requirements: Based in the U.S. (preferably Central U.S. for fast nationwide shipping — or near [California/New York/etc.] if you’re targeting a main region) Reliable internet connection & printer for labels Ability to store small supply of sample packs & envelopes Attention to detail and timely communication NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
