I’m looking for a U.S.-licensed CPA to prepare a Reviewed Financial Statement (not audited) for submission with my mortgage broker license application in Wisconsin. This is a one-time engagement with a quick turnaround preferred. My company, Murray Mortgage Solutions, is a licensed mortgage brokerage operating out of Michigan and expanding into Wisconsin. What You’ll Get: • Fully organized internal books in Excel (cash basis, clean and categorized) • Bank and expense records as needed • No employees or complex operations—this is a small, well-managed firm What’s Required: • Must be a licensed CPA in the United States • Must provide a Reviewed Financial Statement (not a Compilation or Audit) • Experience with NMLS or mortgage licensing is a plus, but not required • Deliverable should comply with SSARS (Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services) I’m open to fixed-fee proposals—ideal budget is $100–$200.
