HR Business Partner (U.S. HR Support) – Full-Time, Long-Term About the Role We are a fast-growing organziation seeking a full-time HR Business Partner (HRBP) located in the Philippines. This role supports multiple U.S. clients with HR operations, compliance guidance, onboarding/offboarding, and day-to-day employee support. We’re looking for a senior-level HR professional who is confident working directly with U.S. stakeholders, communicates clearly in English, and is comfortable owning client-facing tasks with excellence and professionalism. This is a long-term, full-time role (40 hours/week) with growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Client Support & Communication •Serve as the HR point of contact for assigned U.S. clients • Attend client meetings, prepare weekly recap notes, and manage open items • Handle HR inquiries with professionalism, confidentiality, and clarity HR Operations • Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows • Draft offer letters, employment verification letters, and basic employee relations documentation • Maintain and update employee trackers • Coordinate with payroll specialists on compensation changes and data accuracy • Support job description updates and role alignment Benefits & Leave Support • Assist employees with benefits questions (medical, dental, vision, 401k) • Liaise with brokers on enrollments and escalations • Support U.S. leave processes (FMLA, ADA, state leave programs) under direction Compliance & Documentation • Ensure accuracy of I-9 documentation and onboarding files • Maintain compliance templates and ensure consistent HR file organization • Understand fundamental U.S. HR concepts (employment-at-will, exempt vs non-exempt, protected leaves, etc.) Special Projects • Assist with employee audits, policy updates, and HRIS data cleanup • Provide support on compensation, org structure, and workforce planning projects as assigned Qualifications Required: • 5+ years HR experience (generalist, HRBP, or similar) • Experience supporting U.S.-based employees (required) • Strong understanding of U.S. HR fundamentals (FLSA, onboarding, leaves, compliance basics) • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Client-facing experience with confidence and professionalism • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working within U.S. business hours Preferred: • Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP, UKG, BambooHR, Paychex, Gusto, etc.) • Experience coordinating with payroll, benefits brokers, or compliance teams • Experience preparing weekly client updates or managing project trackers • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive HR issues with discretion Work Schedule • Full-time, 40 hours/week • Must overlap with U.S. Central or Eastern business hours Apply tot his job
