Job Description: SearchForce is a start-up recruiting company based out of Virginia. We are expanding our team to cater to our AEC clients in the US. We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter with 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in the AEC sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various... roles within the Sales, IT, or AEC industry. Responsibilities: Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract top talent in the AEC sector. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job openings. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and candidate profiles that align with the company's requirements. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activities and outcomes for clients. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the AEC sector. Proven ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and clients. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment (e.g., computer, phone) for remote work. Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as video conferencing, email, and messaging platforms. Ability to navigate and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software efficiently. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Comfortable with using data analytics tools to generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics.
