Proficiency in computer skills and managing databases to organize candidate information efficiently. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively. Possess active listening and presentation abilities to understand and address candidate and client needs. Capability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently.
