We’re Hiring | Talent Acquisition Recruiter Pittsburgh, PA (Remote) | Full-Time NOTE- Only Pennsylvania Locals eligible We’re looking for an experienced US Talent Acquisition Recruiter with 7+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end U.S. recruitment. What you’ll do: • Manage full-cycle hiring for U.S.-based roles • Source talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks • Partner with hiring managers and ensure a great candidate experience • Handle screening, interviews, offers, and ATS management • Stay compliant with U.S. labor laws and hiring best practices What we’re looking for: • 7+ years in US TA / US Staffing • Strong sourcing & stakeholder management skills • Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice • Knowledge of EEO & U.S. compliance • IT/Tech hiring experience is a must ✨ Competitive pay | Career growth | Collaborative culture Interested?
