Job Responsibilities: CLIENT SERVICE EXCELLENCE AND EXPERTISE ● Preparation of all required non-profit 990 tax returns, including Form 990, 990-EZ, 990-N and 990-T forms and any related applicable state forms ● Identifies tax credits and deductions available to non-profit organizations ● Ensures client work is performed within time, scope, and budget ● Manages engagement and client expectations, ensures satisfaction, and communicates upward to assigned Supervisor ● Researches and reviews work papers for various book to tax differences ● Ability to apply relevant tax law to particular clients and circumstances ● Demonstrates an understanding of and applies tax planning concepts ● Strong knowledge of tax codes, regulations, rulings, and case law ● Review research findings, tax returns, and client tax work papers to ensure conclusions are consistent with firm policies and professional standards ● Understands and follows all firm policies, AICPA ethics rules, Circular 230, 6694, and other professional standards ● Additional duties as assigned PRODUCTIVITY & BUSINESS GROWTH ● Undergraduate degree required; Master’s preferred ● Active CPA License required ● 1-3 years of tax experience is preferred ● Comprehensive understanding of tax code/rules and implications ● Experience preparing returns and researching more complex tax issues ● Strong interpersonal and analytical skills Work Setup: Onsite/Hybrid/Work from home Work Schedule: Mid shift Core Perks and Benefits: HMO on your first day + Free coverage for 2 dependents on your 2nd year Government-mandated benefits 20 Annual Leave Credits 13th-month pay Birthday Leave Bereavement Leave Onsite/Hybrid employee additional benefits: Travel Subsidy Allowance Free staff house accommodation (for those within a certain distance) Free Shuttle service Free Lunch Free Uniform Perfect attendance bonus Additional benefits/perks to all employees Onboarding training Performance-based salary increase Discretionary incentives based on client or individual performance Monthly employee engagement Birthday Gift Weekly treats Christmas Hamper Anniversary Gift Opportunity to travel Know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
