Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate market updates and trading strategies to clients and senior management. Work closely with other departments, such as risk management and compliance, to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the trading desk.
