Job Description: The User Experience (UX) Researcher, Specialist II is responsible for devising and executing User Experience research studies. The UX Researcher will partner with Product, UX and Developer teams to plan and conduct research that will yield informed business decisions based on user studies. Plan and conduct user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Translate insights into clear, actionable findings for design and product teams. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure user needs are at the center of our decisions. Create research plans, screeners, scripts, and reports. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, compelling way that connects user insights to business goals. Help standardize and scale research operations within the team. Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree. Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position. Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in UX research. Experience synthesizing data into usable insights and opportunities. Healthcare or enterprise software experience. Experience in testing for regulatory certification. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of: Strong understanding of usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other research methodologies. Familiarity with design systems and how research informs reusable UI patterns. Skill in: Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Project management and strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to: Demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership over your work. Ability to manage your timelines and priorities. Ability to support Figma-based design work during quieter research cycles.
