As our UXCopywriter, you bring this purpose to life through words. You make complex medical steps feel simple and reassuring, so patients and clinicians can focus on what truly matters. From the smallest piece of microcopy to the way we welcome people into our app, your writing builds trust and clarity. With your voice, technology becomes more personal and care feels closer and more human.
In this role, you will make sure our words truly support people in their care journey. You will work closely with designers, developers, clinicians and users to ensure that our communication is always clear, consistent and human. Your writing will shape how patients and healthcare professionals experience our platform every day. As your work spans both Luscii and OMRON, you will engage with many different colleagues and teams, making your role both pivotal and dynamic.
Create and maintain a consistent style and language across all content;
Translate complex information into clear, accessible copy for a broad audience;
Apply the right tone of voice for both Luscii and OMRON contexts in multiple languagues;
Gather insights from users and conduct research to understand their needs;
Coordinate and be responsible for all translations into languages beyond Dutch and English;
Manage stakeholders, from internal colleagues to external partners and healthcare professionals.

Salary: €3.300 – €4.900 gross per month (based on 32 hours – that’s full-time at Luscii).

has several years of experience in a similar role, such as UX Copywriter, Content Designer or Technical Writer;
holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, copywriting or a related field or area;
knows how to make an impact with copy in a tech or SaaS environment;
speaks and writes both English and Dutch fluently (both C1+ level);
thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team;
has a strong sense of empathy for users, patients and clinicians;
is confident in voicing their perspective, setting boundaries, and saying no when needed;
excels at stakeholder management and enjoys collaborating across teams and projects.
