UX Research Operations / Recruitment Specialist - remote!

UX Research Recruitment Specialist Our large software client is looking for a part time remote UX Research Operations / Recruitment Specialist. They currently have 2 openings - one at 20 hours per week and one at 30 hours per week, both running through the end of the year with the possibility of extending into 2026. Key Responsibilities • Execute participant recruitment across a range of study types and target audiences, ensuring high-quality matches that meet detailed project criteria. • Collaborate with UX researches adn other stakeholders to align on needs, draft screeners, and adjust outreach as needed. • Maintain clear, timely, and accurate communication with participants and stakeholders. • Handle participant incentives and ensure proper handling of consent and data privacy protocols. • Coordinate and schedule sessions, prepare internal tools (SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Respondent) and keep study documentation up to date. Qualifications • Proven experience in UX research and participant recruitment. • Fluent in software tools such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Asana, Google Suite, MeasuringU. • Exceptional organization and communication skills: ability to document work, follow existing systems, exhibit flexibility, and maintain clear and consistent updates for stakeholders. • Proven experience in being a proactive problem solver checking documentation, consulting wiht teammates, and propose solutions when facing ambiguity.
