Job Description:

The Case Manager role with Job Duck offers an opportunity for an organized, client‑focused professional to support the full lifecycle of personal injury cases in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. In this position, you will manage a high‑volume caseload, maintain ongoing communication with clients, and ensure every detail of each case is documented with precision.

You will work closely with medical providers and insurance adjusters while preparing highly accurate demand packages that rely on careful financial verification and sound judgment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured workflows, communicates with clarity and empathy, and takes pride in delivering meticulous work even under pressure. Your ability to remain calm, focused, and consistent will directly support positive outcomes for clients navigating complex legal processes.

Compensation Range: 1,220 USD to 1,320 USD
