VA - Airbnb

Hello! I’m looking for a reliable and professional Virtual Assistant to help us reach out to Airbnb property owners in Rio de Janeiro with the goal of negotiating long-term rental agreements. Your main responsibilities will be: • Contacting a daily list of Airbnb hosts (list provided) • Introducing yourself as our agent • Presenting our interest in renting the property long-term • Asking if the host is open to negotiating a long-term rental contract • Collecting responses and keeping track of communication • Reporting daily on outreach progress Requirements: • Excellent written English (Portuguese is a plus) • Good communication and negotiation skills • Reliable and detail-oriented • Familiarity with Airbnb is preferred • Experience with client outreach or virtual assistance is a plus This will be an ongoing task, with daily work required.
