Vice President E&S Property

We're looking for a VP or AVP E&S Property to join a leading property carrier to focus on growing and managing a profitable book of non-admitted property coverage. If you're a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of E&S property and strong wholesale broker relationships, this role is for you. The Role • Build and manage a profitable book of E&S Property business with approved wholesale broker partners. • Determine appropriate pricing, structure, and capacity deployment. • Monitor individual and portfolio performance metrics and contribute to ongoing strategy development. • Assess CAT modeling outputs • Collaborate with regional leadership to support business development and profitable growth. Requirements • 5+ years of experience underwriting large and middle market property accounts • Strong background in the non-admitted/E&S space • Wholesale property broker relationships required • Northeastern contacts preferred • BA/BS Degree Required Apply tot his job
