I am working with the Consulting Company who works with the main client. This job is moving now as their proposed merger with another company did not occur.
We are looking for 2 VP's of Financial Reporting. 100% Remote.
IFRS is a requirement because the main client operates in 35 Different countries.
Candidate must have experience being hands on and holding the pen for a Public Company.
So, I cannot submit a candidate straight out of Big 4 or Public Accounting.
Our client is a multi Billion dollar Publicly Traded international company. They operate in 35 countries.
This is a contract role for now. However, it could have a permanent opportunity towards the end of the contract which is 1-2 years. This could be a two year contract.
Requirements:
Must have Technical Accounting Research, CPA, IFRS experience, SEC Reporting (Filing of 10Ks and 10Qs and detailed Technical Accounting experience and be HANDS ON.
We have a head start on this. This client has been the best client for my strategic business partner for 18 plus years.
We do not have a job description. We know what the job is - pretty straight forward.
And I will probably fill this role without one.
