Videographer & Content Creator

Job Summary The Erica Diaz Team, one of the top real estate teams in Central Florida, is looking for a creative and motivated Videographer / Content Creator to help produce engaging video content for our listings, brand, and social media platforms. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling through video and understands how to create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You will help showcase homes, neighborhoods, local businesses, and community events while helping grow our online presence. Duties & Responsibilities • Plan, shoot, and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, property listings, and community events • Film real estate listings, lifestyle videos, neighborhood highlights, and team brand content • Capture high-quality B-roll footage of homes, communities, and local businesses • Create short-form social media content including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts • Edit raw footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects • Add captions, motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance engagement • Manage all aspects of post-production including color correction, sound editing, and visual enhancements • Use AI tools when appropriate to enhance video quality and production efficiency • Collaborate with marketing team members and leadership to develop creative concepts and storytelling strategies • Maintain an organized digital video asset library for future marketing use • Stay up to date with videography trends, social media formats, and new video technologies Requirements • Experience with videography and video editing • Experience using a 3-Axis Gimbal • Strong knowledge of social media video trends and formats • Ability to create engaging short-form content for social platforms • Comfortable filming people and directing on-camera talent • Strong storytelling and visual composition skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects • Ability to operate professional video equipment including cameras, stabilizers, lighting, and microphones Preferred Qualifications • Experience producing real estate video content • Experience with drone videography (FAA Part 107 is a plus) • Experience creating high-performing social media videos • Familiarity with AI video tools and emerging editing technologies Why Join Our Team The Erica Diaz Team is one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in Central Florida.
