Job Description:
• Perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers
• Accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.)
• Be the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers and provide active travel consultation
• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
• Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and provide consultation
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
• Maintain and actively communicate knowledge of the travel industry
Requirements:
• Experience in VIP travel
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Strong skills in GDS Sabre
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
